What's the job?

Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with French-speaking vendors, stores, and the local finance team to resolve queries within agreed timelines
  • Direct email and telephone communication in French and English
  • Registering debit note disputes in dedicated systems
  • Analysing responses from stores to support the resolution of debit note disputes
  • Providing language support in communication between the accounting team and vendors, stores, and the local finance team
  • Performing ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
  • Conducting telephone verification of vendors when creating or updating supplier accounts in the system
  • Analysing various reports to monitor vendor queries that are currently under investigation or in the process of being resolved

What you'll bring

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of professional experience in customer service
  • Very good knowledge of French (min. B2/C1)
  • Communicative knowledge of English (min. B1)
  • Interest in accounting and finance area
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good at problem solving and results driven
  • Experience in AP processes would be an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP would be an asset
