We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join our Technology Performance & Portfolio function, to provide governance, reporting, planning and analytical support across projects, programmes, platforms and portfolios, helping teams make informed decisions and deliver work more effectively and consistently.
This role will be based out of our Screwfix Head Office in Yeovil with an expectation of 12 days a month in the office, with travel to other Kingfisher locations in the UK and Europe as required. We are open to full and part-time for this position for the right candidate.
Maintain project governance standards, processes and controls to support effective delivery across technology programmes and portfolios.
Produce and analyse programme and portfolio reporting, providing clear insights into delivery performance, milestones, budgets and overall delivery health.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Excel to improve visibility and decision-making.
Support programme planning, scheduling and dependency management activities, ensuring progress is accurately tracked across workstreams.
Coordinate and maintain RAID information, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, actions and decisions.
Support budget planning, expenditure tracking and financial reporting, highlighting variances and emerging risks.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and reporting, contributing to best practice, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience working within a PMO, project, programme or change environment.
Experience maintaining RAID logs, project plans and reporting packs.
Knowledge of project governance frameworks and reporting requirements.
Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools, alongside advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with excellent attention to detail and organisation.
