What's the job?

Role purpose:

As Senior Recruiter, your primary purpose is to attract, engage, and secure top-tier talent for Kingfisher, ensuring a strong cultural and technical fit. You will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, leveraging cutting-edge sourcing technology and fostering positive relationships with both candidates and stakeholders. Your expertise in recruitment strategies, process optimization, and employer branding will be instrumental in building a high-performing and innovative technology team for the company.

Recruitment Activities:

  • Conducting end-to-end sourcing and recruitment, ensuring strong cultural and technical alignment with Kingfisher.
  • Managing candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and negotiate offers.
  • Leveraging cutting-edge sourcing technology to identify and engage top passive talent across various channels.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining clear communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

 

Process Management & Optimization:

  • Coordinating and streamlining the recruitment workflow at each stage.
  • Upholding high-quality recruitment processes and internal standards.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

 

Relationship Building:

  • Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Facilitating onboarding for new hires when needed.

 

Employer Branding & Outreach:

  • Representing the company at IT events and meetups to enhance brand awareness and connect with potential candidates.
  • Supporting Recruitment Manager in employer branding initiatives.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes in the area of IT/Tech and corporate functions
  • Practical knowledge of  talent sourcing methods and techniques
  • Good understanding of the EMEA market
  • Very good understanding of IT-related terminology (theoretical knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, methodologies, etc.)

What you'll bring

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven ability to reach candidates via various channels
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Independence in managing the assigned tasks and focus on quality
  • Ability to organize workflow
  • Proactive attitude
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Romanian language (at least B2 level) as a plus
