About the role
The Quality Engineering Chapter Lead – Practices & People plays a pivotal leadership role within one of the largest Engineering chapters (300+ professionals). The position partners closely with the Head of Chapter, fellow Chapter Leads, and Domain Leadership to shape and continuously enhance the Chapter across three core dimensions: community and belonging, engineering quality, and capability development.
The role combines strategic influence with people leadership responsibilities, including line management where applicable, ensuring consistent standards, strong engagement, and the ongoing growth of skills and practices across the Chapter.
