As an Development Team Lead, you will combine technical expertise with people leadership to guide a high-performing engineering team. You will be responsible for developing your team members, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving continuous improvement.

 

Working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional partners, you will align squad objectives with wider business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and growth.

What's the job?

  • Act as the line manager for squad members, supporting their development and performance

  • Lead the planning and execution of team deliverables

  • Drive improvements in team effectiveness, efficiency, and engineering practices

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to engineers

  • Partner with Product Owners to align technical delivery with business outcomes

  • Collaborate with Chapter Leaders and stakeholders on progress and capability development

  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning

  • Implement goal-setting and objective alignment processes

What you'll bring

  • Strong background in software development (.Net & Azure preferred)

  • Solid understanding of quality engineering principles and modern development practices

  • Experience leading and motivating engineering teams

  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

  • Passion for people leadership, coaching, and talent development

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Understanding of modern QA methodologies and frameworks

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken
